Refund Policy
At House of Aham, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below, which applies to all Jayanti Reddy products.
1. Damaged Goods
Each item is thoroughly inspected before leaving our facility. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 5 working days of delivery. We will issue a full credit note for any damaged items. Please note that returns cannot be accepted based on color preferences, personal choices, or handwork details.
2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us immediately with your order number and name. Once we receive the incorrectly sent merchandise in its original condition and packaging, we will promptly ship the correct item to you.
Terms of Return & Exchange
All items for return or exchange must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
House of Aham does not cover shipping or insurance costs for cancelled orders.
You remain responsible for the merchandise until it reaches us. We recommend using an insured delivery service for your return to protect the value of the items.
The return shipping costs are to be borne by you.
Returned goods must include all original labels, tags, receipts, and packaging. House of Aham reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if any packaging is missing.
All returns will be processed as credit notes, which will be sent to the billing address provided by you. This credit will not include any shipping or handling fees.
Exchanges can only be made by repurchasing items using the credit note.
Returns on custom or specially ordered items are not accepted under any circumstances, as these items are made to your specifications and approved by you prior to order confirmation.
If you need to modify your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been submitted.
